It's Just My Style offers a return policy for most but not all of our merchandise. For example, we do not allow returns for any of our health and beauty products as we sell these goods to you as unused or tested for your safety and protection.

For products that do offer a return policy, it is simple.

First we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the package to make us aware that you wish to make a return or to let us know there is a problem. This date is determined by the date on the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Information.
Second, we ask that you return the package to us within 30 days of the purchase date as given on your invoice.
Finally, the merchandise returned must be received in the EXACT condition as sent. This includes all tags, paperwork, and packaging. If the package was originally sealed then it must still be sealed.
That's it! Once received you will be refunded promptly for the original purchase price. We do not refund any shipping costs.

A few extras:

We must receive the merchandise before we can make a refund. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or arrive damaged.
If we have made an error with your shipment we ask that you contact us immediately so we can do all we can to make things right for you.
In the event your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please make us aware as soon as possible especially if your package arrives damaged. All packages are shipped with insurance protection and delivery confirmation so you are protected. Once we are notified, we will advise on the next steps to take.

International Extras

The buyer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not part of the shipping cost.
The custom form will include the actual purchase price and will not list any purchase as a gift.
Delays in customs are not unusual and can significantly delay the delivery process.
All things cannot be shipped to all countries. We cannot ship any item that is restricted or prohibited by your country. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing.
